The prices includes:
- water, electric power
- central heating (end of September - end of April)
- clothes for bath, bed and kitchen (we change the towels always wednesday, for longer stay we also change the entire clothes and clean the floors every saturday)
- cleanser and cleanising set
- every day free entry to the swimming pool CRON4 in Reischach,
from Mo-Fr free entry to the sauna-wellness area
and in summer also to the outdoor swimming pool in Bruneck;
not included extra charge to the sauna on weekend (Sat-Sun), public holidays or for highligts,
cosmetical treatments, massage, solarium, rental of sauna towels and bathrobe;
for additional beds are included max. 2 free entries/week to the swimmingpool for 2,5 hours;
starting up 01.07.2012 entry to the sauna: 50% reduction on the normal price
- ski locker and skiboot dryer in our house

2 nights +30%, 3 nights +20%, 4 nights +10%
- additonal bed in the doublebed room:
0 - 3 years: 10,00 - 11,00 EURO / night (with own travelbed or child in the parent's bed)
15,00 - 16,00 EURO / night (babybed, nappybin, if asked babybath, tableseat)
4 - 13 years: 20,00 - 21,00 EURO / night
14-17 years: 25,00 - 27,00 EURO / night
18 + years: 30,00 - 32,00 EURO / night
- final cleaning, if the apartment will be left in uncleaned and untidy condition:
min. 30,00 EURO for app. A ~ min. 35,00 EURO for app. B ~ min. 50,00 EURO for app. C
- *period around X-mas and New Year:
+10,00 EURO / night for app. A & app. B, +20,00 EURO / night for app. C
- washing machine, washing powder, clothesline, iron and ironing board (prices per week):
20,00 EURO for app. A ~ 25,00 EURO for app. B ~ 30,00 EURO for app. C
Reservation/cancellation:
Reservations are accepted only with the contemporary payment of an account of 200,00 EURO for app. type A / B and 300,00 EURO for app. type C.
We keep back the account in case of cancellation.
In case of no arrival, later arrival or earlier departure we charge the reserved period.
Important informations:
- the payment will be made on setting out the vacation, at the arrival; we don’t accept cheque and credit cards.
- at the arrival it will be asked 100,00 EURO as deposit for the swimmingpool tickets, the keys of
the appartement.
