Linen for bath, bed and kitchen. Bathtowels are changed halfway trough the week. For stays of 14 days and more we change also linen of bedroom.

Bruneck Kronplatz Card: unlimited use of all public transport troughout

South Tyrol, participation in the weekly programme of Bruneck Kronplatz Tourism, discounts at various leisure facilities and admission to over 80 museums and exhibitions troughout South Tyrol

Free skidepot directly at the valley station in Riscone with locker and skiboot dryer 

and 15% discount for the rental of skiequipment (Rent a Ski & Depot Giggeralm)      

Extra charge:

Short stay 3- 4 days: Apart. B Small, Medium: 30,00 EURO per stay, apart. C: 42,00 EURO per stay

Access to laundry room:

Summer: using washing machine, washing powder, clothesline, iron, ironing board (per week):

App. 2-3 pers. á  36 EURO  ,  App. 4 pers. á 45 EURO,  App. 5-6 pers. á 54 EURO                           

If only per laundry load: 10,00 EURO each

Winter: using washing machine, washing powder + drying machine (per week):

 App. 2-3 pers. á 70 EURO,   App. 4 pers. á 82 EURO,  App. 5-6 pers. á 90 EURO                              

If only per laundry and dryer load: 15 EURO each

Reservation/cancellation:

- Payment: at the arrival in cash or with credit card (VISA, Mastercard)

- Deposit: at arrival we ask for a deposit which is returned if apartment is left tidy and orderly

- Inside apartment isn't allowed to smoke
